These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and zz999 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered on zz999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must not use the zz999 platform.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use zz999. This is a hard rule enforced by CNIC verification and strictly non-negotiable under our license.
Each player is entitled to one zz999 account only. Duplicate accounts result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses at zz999 carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering terms are disclosed at the time of each bonus offer and must be met in full.
Withdrawals require completed identity verification. zz999 reserves the right to apply additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal request.
Fraud, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, use of bots or automated systems, and any activity designed to circumvent zz999's systems is strictly prohibited and actionable.
zz999 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session reminders. Players who experience gambling-related difficulties are urged to use these tools immediately.
zz999 may suspend or close any account at any time if Terms are violated. Fraudulent accounts will be closed and relevant authorities notified where required by law.
zz999 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and use zz999, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as a commercial entity or on behalf of any third party; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or close family member of any employee of zz999 or its affiliated entities; and (e) not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from zz999 under any account or identity.
2.2 Registration Process. Registration on zz999 requires you to provide: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC; a valid, active Pakistani mobile number; a valid email address; a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older; and a secure password of your choosing. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on zz999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. zz999 will permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual upon discovery of duplicate registration and may forfeit any balances contained therein.
2.4 CNIC Verification. Full Account functionality, including the ability to make withdrawals, requires successful CNIC verification through the zz999 KYC process. zz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of address, source of funds, or any other identity documents — at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zz999 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. zz999 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any request purporting to be from zz999 asking for your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
3.2 Authorised Use. Your zz999 Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transactions through your Account. You remain fully liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify zz999 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Upon notification, zz999 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.
3.4 Account Information Updates. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If your mobile number, email address, or other registered details change, you must update them promptly through your Account settings or by contacting zz999 support.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zz999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast transfers, Allied Bank, USDT (TRC20), and retail cash as listed on the zz999 platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at the Operator's discretion.
4.2 Deposit Currency. Deposits are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit amount at zz999 is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the Account deposit section.
4.3 Deposit Ownership. All funds deposited into a zz999 Account must belong solely and exclusively to the Account holder. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you may not use payment methods that are not registered in your own name. zz999 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.
4.4 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits process in real time and appear in your zz999 Balance within minutes. Bank transfer processing times depend on the banking institution and may take longer during public holidays, weekends, or periods of high banking traffic in Pakistan.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of real-money funds from your zz999 Account is subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with all other applicable terms of this Agreement.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. zz999 may, at its discretion, process withdrawals to alternative verified payment methods registered in the Account holder's name. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network fees and minimum transaction thresholds.
5.3 Withdrawal Timeframes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 7 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times during Pakistani public holidays may be extended.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the zz999 Account withdrawal section and may vary by payment method. zz999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
5.5 Withdrawal Refusal. zz999 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or Terms violation; (c) the withdrawal amount relates wholly or partly to Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements; or (d) the withdrawal is required to be withheld by applicable law or licensing authority instruction.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by zz999, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and VIP rewards, are subject to individual offer terms published at the point of offer. Where no specific offer terms are published, these General Terms apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual offer terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a zz999 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is disclosed in the offer documentation.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. zz999 reserves the right to void any bonus, and any winnings derived from it, where there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed through: (a) misrepresentation of identity; (b) creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; (c) systematic or professional exploitation of bonus conditions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; or (d) any other method that zz999 determines, in its reasonable judgment, constitutes abuse of its promotional system.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated free spins that have not been used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on zz999 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. zz999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical error.
7.2 Bet Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-governed matches, the Pakistan Super League administration for PSL markets). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, zz999's decision, made with reference to official data sources, is final.
7.3 Palpable Errors. zz999 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect ("palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Identification of a palpable error will be made at zz999's reasonable judgment and communicated to the affected Player.
7.4 Suspicious Activity. zz999 may withhold the payment of winnings from any bet where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: match fixing; corruption in the relevant sporting event; the use of insider information; or any other form of irregularity. zz999 cooperates fully with relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities in relation to such matters.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino and slot games offered on zz999 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in monitored studio environments. Game outcome integrity is a condition of zz999's operating license.
8.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, zz999 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return applicable stakes to Players' Accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for all electronic gaming products on the Platform.
8.3 Game Rules. Individual game rules are accessible within each game interface. Where game rules conflict with these General Terms, the specific game rules prevail for that game category. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before playing.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz999 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the zz999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Restricted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use zz999 Services for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any zz999 content without the Operator's prior written consent.
11.1 The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players to zz999 is governed by the zz999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy.
11.2 By creating an Account on zz999, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment data, and gaming activity records.
11.3 zz999 will retain personal data for the period required by its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, which may extend beyond the closure of your Account.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zz999 excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (c) losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor outages; and (d) losses arising from actions taken under Section 14 (Account Suspension) where such actions were taken in good faith based on evidence available to zz999 at the time.
12.2 zz999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Commitment. zz999 is committed to operating a responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provide tools designed to assist Players in maintaining control of their gambling activity.
13.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered zz999 Players from the Account settings dashboard:
13.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. zz999 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by anyone under the age of 21. If you are aware of any underage individual accessing or attempting to access zz999, please notify our support team immediately. zz999 will investigate and take appropriate action, including permanent Account closure.

14.1 Operator's Right to Suspend. zz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected; (b) the Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe; (d) the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) zz999 is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.
14.2 Balance on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Balance will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Balance will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, zz999 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Balance in accordance with these Terms.
14.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their zz999 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable Wagering Requirements having been met on Bonus Funds.
15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zz999's international gaming license is issued. Where local Pakistani consumer protection laws provide Players with rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are preserved.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and zz999, the Player should first contact zz999 customer support to seek resolution. zz999 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.
15.3 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the zz999 licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, details of which are available on the About Us page.
15.4 Final Decision. In matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and the application of these Terms, zz999's decision — made in good faith and with reference to available evidence and applicable rules — is final, subject only to the escalation process described in Clause 15.3.
16.1 zz999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, zz999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
16.2 Your continued access to or use of the zz999 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.3.
16.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. zz999 recommends checking this page at regular intervals, particularly before making significant deposits or engaging in new promotional offers.
